The past two weeks have been very busy. On December 5th, Nate went to his first Christmas party. Daddy's work party was at the Nasher Museum. Jimmy was so proud to show off his boy. He carried him in the baby bjorn and introduced him to everyone. So sweet!
We held a low key Christmas party on Thursday,December 11th. Nate was so happy to see everyone. He stayed up till about 8:30, almost a whole hour past his bed time.
Then we went to another Christmas party on Saturday, December 13th. This party had Santa come and talk to the children. Nate was the last child to sit on Santa's lap. I had to wake him up to see Santa. He went from happy to see Santa, to very upset, then to laid back with Santa. Amazing how moods change so quickly.
Sunday was a very special day. Since I had lost my voice the week of December 8 - 13th, we decided to go over to Grandma's church for her Cantata. Grandma sang a solo, which was a huge surprise. She sang, "Little Town of Bethlehem". Then she proudly showed off Nate to everyone in the choir.
